My parcel is 24hrs format parcel it's cross 72 hrs but still I am not receiving the parcel then check parcel status expecting delivery will be 30 september. 24 September my parcel is confirmed in 24hrs format but they have taken six days very worst parcel service face in my life..

Premium charge, pathetic service. I wanted to give negative stars. Just surviving because of low competition. It has been over 15 days, and counting since they guaranteed 72 hrs delivery

The charges are very high but the parcels are handled very roughly. It was told that as your parcel contains food items it will be handled with care. On the contrary the package was torn all over and the food items got spoilt. Worst courier servic3.
