I have requested for return of flo mattress since many days and till now no one has come to collect it nor is any call coming. When you call customer care, it seems like a fraud call and wrong information is given that your address is not updated, hence you will have to do online transaction and update your address.. which comes with their link and is harmful. tells I am very upset

Worst service as they are not bringing the parcel, simply mentioning consignee not responded.

Worst courior service. Cashify sent my parcel through blue dart. After arriving in my city they show wrong pin code and parcel went to another city then they go for delievery and after 5 minute status showes consignee not available without even calling me. Their expected date was 29 october but today is 2 november still they are in that city. Worst service ever. Shame on blue dart Boycott blue dart

Third class service. Customer care is running also irresponsible persons. Date of pickup 24 October Order No - 58144107xxx showing expected date for delivery 28 October. But up to till date its awated.

Someone is scamming with us here is showing contact us then another contact no shows of frauders they are demanding money for courier , complaint register to cyber crime No support at all by this courier service

I am calling the helpdesk to check the status but they are asking for to pay money via gpay or phone pay else the order will be please on hold in warehouse I dnt have any communication from my office to pay any amt for the parcel
