Helpline number says available 24/7 but all the nimbers are switched off. Yesterday the delivery boy did not leave the parcel at the address even after several calls, i have given the correct address even available on google maps. Declined delivery say the address is incorrect. The courier has made this process extremely nerve wrecking at the time of festivals

Blue Dart is a highly unprofessional fraud company. They don't deliver parcels to actual person. Don't know how e-commerce companies are still trusting this company after so many negetive feedbacks.
