Worst sevice hopeless response never use this service

My order hasn’t been delivered to me but you are giving the confirmation that order has been delivered What is it nonsense

Worst delivery service ever

Very upsetting with the first experience. A medicine for cancer patient was to be delivered fast. But careless Bluedart mistakes route and making it delayed.From Chennai to West Bengal they must send through Air but how the misrouting happens in Chennai couldn't understand. Very much unprofessional.

It's totally wrong you give en date and two days late nowalso my order in same location.... I don't understand what's that happening

Ordered on 8th oct, but there is no status update on delivery. Since 2days it was showing tomorrow but now it says 26th Oct. Will there be proper update?????

Blue Dart is a good app in which we get delivery at the expected time. Whatever parcel we want to purchase, it is delivered in a very good package etc. This gives us security and is capable of delivering it on time.

Shipment tracking info should be in such a way that customer understands. A lotta updates... But pointless. Learn from Amazon. Simple and to the point. Something every customer understands.

Worst service.i had done whatsapp to them regarding tracking. But they are not replying. I am doubting whether it's a scam service. I will lose my money if it's so.
