What a sorry company to deal with!! I will NEVER ship another package through DHL, and I'll discourage anyone else from doing so as well. My package was delivered on May 28 from FL to Passau, Ger., paid extra to arrive on 5/31/24! Now on 6/5/24 my package is "on hold" somewhere in Germany. It's a medical device that I desperately need and they're not willing to work with me! They've never even tried to get hold of me either!

My tracking number address is for Australia but they send it to some place in Washington . That's not Australia guys.
