Pure joke!!!! According to DHS my package has been delivered. I never received package. They told me to check with neighbors…they haven’t received anything in error. Such a lack of accountability, then they wanted me to pay for tracking and to resolve this issue. I am beyond frustrated and wish I could rate them useless.
