The important "Documents" that were booked and sent from Australia on 8th had reached India, Bengaluru on 10th, but delivered to me on 16th. Within these 6 days, I had to run from.pillar to.post calling that toll free no and repeating the history to every caller who were beautifully trained to say the same thing in same modulation. It was so annoying..to hear them evertime. Though they were all polite, no timely help and till the time the documents reach me, I was just zipping in my anger . DHL is very unfriendly and I insist through this that any responsible person from DHL, who can answer my queries and address the above issue may call me to learn the facts . My AWB no. Is 3727445680. B4 I escalate the issue.
