I had a package paid for express shipping and it has been 7 days now and I have nothing, tracking number is AT391260814CN, and I can't find it, you all need to get my package to me and let me no where it is.

Very good service. But too much expenses increased. And take double sides charges.

The worst service ever! You need to have a better communication means with your drivers and agents. Your live agent spoke same as the robot! They don't listen they don't solve the situation they talk something over and over. So annoying unprofessional
