Paid for a 3 day express delivery 2 weeks ago and I have still not received my package. My occasion passed a week ago and the uniforms for the occasion is not here yet. Very disappointed and will definitely be asking for a refund.

Very disappointed with the service, my occasion passed one week ago and I have still not received the dresses meant for that occasion. It's a shame that they charged me so much for 3 day express delivery and it's been 2 weeks and I have not received them yet. What a shame

I just had a package delivered by DHL and the guy just threw my package on the porch while arguing with someone on the phone! This was so unacceptable. I will never have yall deliver anything for me if I can help it

Using DHL for deliveries has been hit or miss for me. Sometimes they're spot on with their delivery times, other times my package ends up in a different state altogether. It's a gamble, but when it works, it works.

I've never been so frustrated with a delivery service. Not only did my package arrive damaged, but the delivery person didn't even bother ringing the doorbell. It's like they were in such a rush, they forgot basic manners!

I gotta hand it to DHL, they really came through with my package! It arrived two days earlier than expected, and the delivery person even waited a couple of extra minutes for me to get home. Top-notch service!

I am very disappointed with this company all the way around the service is very poor I don't see how they are still in business. I have a package coming from overseas and I was told that it would be delivered with in 18 hours and it's been 5 days and it's still not here plus the tracking number doesn't work.
