DHL reviews

I have been trying to get up date on order from 4/24 and nothing comes up. Same info cones up so I see no updates. So where is my order??? So frustrating. Should it be this hard?? Not a good feeling about DHL.

DHL has extremely bad tracking services for packages, and I continually receive messages from Amazon stating “your package may be lost”. They do not provide up-to-date location of packages, other than “your package is at carrier facility”. Pathetic service from a company trusted with timely and successful delivery service!!

DHL constantly loses Amazon packages I order, they don’t have updates available on their website for where packages are using the tracking number provided to me by them. Extremely poor service for a company that charges premium delivery rates!!!

Never had anything delivered by you guys before now I’m searching for my package because you say you can’t deliver it which is ridiculous. Never had a problem being delivered by any other service.

I am very despointed my incoming parcal today but but not any phone calls or no sms me from DHL

Very concerned. DHL Tracking info and customer service need to get their program together. The left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing. My package says deliver by 8 pm but a real live customer service says it won't be here maybe by tomorrow. It has been out for delivery since early this morning??????

LIARS! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I could. These people said my package was delivered. It was not!! I stayed home all day waiting for it and nobody came. They also said Rick signed for it. NONODY SIGNED FOR ANYTHING!! And the company's customer service is so confusing, you can never get your issues addressed or direct answers to your questions.Even when you FINALLY reach an actual person, they are frustrating, evasive, and don't give direct answers. They just read their scripts. But they BLATANTLY lied about this!!
