Ecom express review by Thameem

My parcel was received in Villupuram on 22nd July..Today is 25 th July ..Yet I didn't receive my parcel..Only OTP is coming daily..I didn't even receive any intimation from the delivery person on these two days..They didn't even make call ..But they are sending messages that the parcel was undelivered because I was not available in my delivery location..That's is not true..Eventhough I made calls several times in these past two days from the number provided in the tracking ,they didn't respond ..And it's really disappointing..
