Ecom has not been delivering my parcels since last 1 week.. every day they send me a message saying package undelivered either because I refused to take the delivery. So funny...all the deliveries have been delayed by a week straight..if you call the delivery agent, they do not answer calls or keep cutting them. Ridiculous service they provide.

No class or grade can be given. After ten days the parcel is not delivered.
