Ecom express review by Dhiraj Bhagabati

My Myntra order was shipped through Ecom Express vide AWB 3338380778 The shipment reached Bhubaneswar on 13/10/2024. But it has still not been delivered to me. For last 4 days, it will be updated as "out for delivery" in the morning and by evening it will be changed to "undelivered/ rescheduled". I've contacted their local agent of Bhubaneswar, Mr Prashant Kr. Sahoo. He assured on Day 2 itself that the shipment will be delivered that day but till today it has not been delivered. Now, Mr. Sahoo is not even picking my call. Such pathetic service in Bhubaneswar!
