Ecom express review by Nisha Dutta

I requesting to everyone do not order anythings in this Ecom Express.I ordered one product.After the delivery boy reaching in my building ground floor he ordered me to come on the ground floor but when I request him to come 2nd floor because I'm a orthopaedic patient he doesn't come and went away.After that day every day one message is coming that I'm not in the location that's why the product can't deliver.After 3 days I called to tha number of Ecom Express,, They said me we can't go 2 nd floor or 10th floor..You have to come down to take the delivery in any condition.... I mean why?? Do you people think your a NASA Scientists?Then come to deliver in a Rocket and park in our terrace.
