Very bad dalevary

This app is not capable for one star useless

Ecom express is not capable for 1 star also . Ecom express is such a poor delivery buisness

Very bad delivery In this time I have not received my parcel from 5 days i waited

I requesting to everyone do not order anythings in this Ecom Express.I ordered one product.After the delivery boy reaching in my building ground floor he ordered me to come on the ground floor but when I request him to come 2nd floor because I'm a orthopaedic patient he doesn't come and went away.After that day every day one message is coming that I'm not in the location that's why the product can't deliver.After 3 days I called to tha number of Ecom Express,, They said me we can't go 2 nd floor or 10th floor..You have to come down to take the delivery in any condition.... I mean why?? Do you people think your a NASA Scientists?Then come to deliver in a Rocket and park in our terrace.

It's so delay . It's delivered my order in 15 days

It's been 3 days already, I got otp but no one came to deliver my order and didn't pick up my call, I don't know what they are doing

Very bad service please i suggest everyone to don't believe on Ecom service.They can't deliver order timely and take delay delay only

Worst service... please dont believe their services

Worst service. It was showing expected delivery on 29th, but I still haven't receive my product. While called to customer care service they were demanding money for urgent delivery. Very bad service

Despite reaching destination on 29th, item remains remarked as “ un delivered “. Not a single call from courier boy as well no answer to the given contact number. A company with no a pinch on customer service.
