Courier not received and delivered to wrong address... Worst Courier service

I am appalled and infuriated with the service. My recent order was a disaster from start to finish. The constant delays, lack of communication, and utter disregard for customer satisfaction are unacceptable.

Very Worst service. I have received parcel but it was totally wrong. I have tried past five days to return they have not at all respond.

Worst courier service Always they delayed the delivery and there is not support for the customer, and the delivery agent also cancelled the order/pickup without any concern. When you call the agent, they are not responding and disconnect the call. my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your courier company. I have experienced multiple delays in delivery, and the lack of customer support has been extremely frustrating. On several occasions, the delivery agent has canceled delivery and pickups without any prior notice or explanation. Additionally, when I attempted to reach your delivery agent, my calls were often disconnected without resolution.

Worst delivery service experienced ever, today 5th I'm only receiving msgs that your parcel pickup is scheduled today our agent will collect it, but after 6:30pm I recieves a msg informing fail to pick and call on number now, when I tried to call that delivery agent he never picked up my phone it was ringing though, I contact on Ecom express customer support no. But there are no response on call, I can say worst service ever
