1/5 - Extremely Disappointing Experience! I'm appalled by the pathetic service provided by this company. My phone was unreachable for a brief period, and they promptly returned my parcel without making any effort to contact me through alternative means. In this day and age of WhatsApp and digital communication, it's unacceptable that they couldn't even bother to send a message or make a call to confirm my availability. The irony is that I had provided my complete address, but they still chose to return my parcel without attempting to contact me. This level of incompetence is staggering. Avoid this company's services at all costs if you value your time and money. Their customer care is non-existent, and their return policy is draconian. Third class service. The parcel was booked for Indore and delivered to Bhind. Service executive is asking for more money to deliver the parcel on correct address Greedy people stated if money is not received, the order will be cancelled.
