I didn't receive my order yet,but message came for me it's delivered and delivery person not picking up calls aswell.

Worst logistics company. My return pickup hasn't been made for 2 weeks. Every single day, I received WhatsApp message stating pickup will be done today, but by end of day, receive message stating customer unavailable hence cancelled, and moves to next day. Pathetic and shameless delivery agents, shady company

Third class company. Delivery man didn't came to house and cancelled my delivery, saying that not accepted by person Even company doesn't have customer service call centre. Delivery man are also third class. Very very worst company I have ever seen. It should be banned.

Same thing happened with me delivery boy cancel my parcel without contacting me & when I called him he didn't answer the call very poor service Ecom express giving to customer very worst service.

DELIVERY PERSON WITHOUT CONTACTING, RETURNED THE ORDERD ITEM.THIS IS UNFAIR.

I order the product in purple. But till now they didn't delivered. With out coming to my house or not even a call they are cancelling my orders. Very worst experience from there

No manners of delivery person.... Very rude behaviour... Asking for 1400 more than actual bill.

My courier reached at bikaner before 2 days but don't delivered at finally destination

wrost service they didn't call but get a message unable to dilver parcel due to unavailability of customer till 7 days gone but not received the parcel worst service ever seen

AWB:-3341210196 my order reached nearest hub to me on 16th October and It's showing out for delivery from 18th October. But no one contacted me even I didn't get any massage and delivery boy contact number. Still my order is not delivered on 23rd October... don't know if they want deliver or want to keep it. Very very bad courier service
