My order arrived at their nearest hub two days ago, yet their delivery person keeps marking it as a failed delivery without even attempting to deliver or contacting me. They haven’t called, and this issue keeps happening. Customer support is a joke – it’s just an IVR with no real person to help. This is by far the worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with.

Worst service. I ordered product from purple app. I didn't receive any call from delivery member. And also someone ask, you need to update your address details and send money for that via phonepe. And he tells to share videos screen and install phonepe.

Bad experience, I ordered from Swiss beauty on 13th parcel reached on 16th but not delivered and it’s not delivered till 24th and delivery person is also rude.

22nd October 2024 shipped how many days delivery. Very very late process Ecom express. Ekart service very fast service. Many more times delivery fast service. Every time Ecom express very slow service.
