They’re fraud, their agent has called me and ask 5 rupees for update my address . They will send the scanner through WhatsApp. This is totally Scam .

Very very very bad delivery service. They don't even call you and just send you a message at the end of the day that we're unable to deliver your shipment because you requested open delivery or you're not in town nd you requested late delivery blah blah blah . And ultimately the shipment get cancelled . Very disappointed. If I can I'll rate them in minus.

Without calling me and without any reason, currier boy returned my parcel and showing reason is you are not in town....third class service from Ecom express...1 rating also much more for them.
