My order arrived at their nearest hub two days ago, yet their delivery person keeps marking it as a failed delivery without even attempting to deliver or contacting me. They haven’t called, and this issue keeps happening. Customer support is a joke – it’s just an IVR with no real person to help. This is by far the worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with.
