Worst Experience ever

Very very tired class service

My parcel is already delay to delay and very ugly and third class service for econ express very dirty service

God's sake,please deliver this parcel..I suppose, before you cancel the order as described in review..everyday I get Sms in the morning since last 6 days, saying that it will be delivered today and in the evening I get messages that it's undelivered despite being at home..Don't punish consumers..very bad and hopeless services by ecom express..hope to get it today as I have got message in the morning

Very bad service I booked a parcel from Delhi to Muzaffarnagar on 8th. Even today till 13th the parcel is showing as being in Meerut. When will it be delivered to Muzaffarnagar?

Bad delivery eco express missing the product waste off money

They shouldn't be running courier service at all... These guys are big scammer and fraudsters they call you stating the adress is missed and they charge you extra for prepaid orders and don't deliver the package

Ecom express is very bad experience to my side due to not delivered my product on time delivery date 10/10/24 but my product is not delivered 12/10/24

recieved a parcel ordered in My Name and delivered in My address at ₹600, I thought it's from Flipkart as the product that I ordered also is exactly the same which is ₹605 so I paid the delivery boy ₹600 I didn't even order this dirty cloth saree so I want to return and please refund

I recieved a parcel from ecom express ordered in My Name and Address I would like to return and please refund, at first it thought it's from Flipkart as the amount of money is exactly same as that of the product from Flipkart ₹605, but from ecom express is ₹600, I paid through COD to the delivery boy and didn't realise it's all a scam, I didn't even order a dirty cloth saree

Ecom has not been delivering my parcels since last 1 week.. every day they send me a message saying package undelivered either because I refused to take the delivery. So funny...all the deliveries have been delayed by a week straight..if you call the delivery agent, they do not answer calls or keep cutting them. Ridiculous service they provide.

This people are king of there mind set. What ever the think the do. Don't bother about customers. Without any contact to customer this people are cancel n send it back.
