Worst service ECOM EXPRESS

ECOM EXPRESS courier service is very poor They are delivered in city only rural area not attempting to deliver. Without reason without attempting product sending return.

E com is easily the worst courier service. They claim they are trying to deliver a pre-pad parcel to me since three days . They actually have not made a single attempt to deliver it. They give phone numbers to contact and no one replies on those numbers

Very poor service, they charged me 2 rs to update the address on their app, which was very shady. The representative asked me to screen share on WhatsApp and keep the screen open even after I protested and finally asked to me share the OTP I got with him. I got a total of two OTPs and had to wait forever to get the third one. He even asked for my Aadhar Card number which I refused to give and he kept me waiting on the phone for 45 mins to get one package delivered. This is a very bad service and has to be immediately discontinued or they have to improve their service.

Ecom express is one of the worst courier service you can find. They are scammers asking for 5rs to scam you. Lifestyle should take strict action against them or find other delivery partner. Never fall into their trap.

Very bad service. They just cancel the pickup with out pur concern and no communication is provided.

Representative was so rude and it having the worst service I ever got from any courier services.

They are not attending the customer for delivery. Simply updating status as unable to attend. If called, they ask us to collect the parcel from their office or they are not attending the call. Very bad courier service.
