Took my parcel 28th sept from Surat ,came to ahamadabad on 2nd Oct detained till 8th oct in same place then moved, till 12 oct I have not received it,such a irresponsible courier I haven't seen

What a pathetic service, wish I could give it 0 stars. Booked a bike transport service to Bihar as was going to hometown for 20 days. These buggers haven’t even shipped the bike and its been over a week stating festive reasons. I was suppose to receive the bike in 5-6 days and its been over 7 days and bike is still not left the starting point. Pathetic service

Packed and took my courier packages on 25th and took the full payment on the same day saying they will ship those packages the next day. But when I tracked the package I see they have shipped them on 2nd October!! So slow response sometimes no response!! No sense of commitment pls shut down your stupid company! You can't work like that!
