I have used gati for the first time and have not seen a worse response or service than this my pickup was on 17th May and delivery was within a week but it was delivered after 17 days, and they charged double the quotation given, I told you many times that you should have told me earlier but these people did not listen to me even once. Please stop this type of nonsense

Very late service first you told sep21 and second time you told sep22 and now third time to say 24sep you will deliver

Worst Shipping company ever, Even We are present at delivery location, they said delivery was attempted but we are not available. This is my 2nd time, I think Everyone made mistake but this is worst, they just don't want to works seriously and waste others time. Worst experience ever. If You can't Work Properly, please shut Down.
