I have call the support number regarding delivery status and ethey replied me that your address is incomplete so. It is on hold and for un hold the I have to pay 5 rupees and payment should be with debit card, credit card or online

I recently called a toll-free number, +91 891-0932526, to inquire about my parcel. The agent informed me that a senior representative would call me back, and I received a call from +91 98743 84677. During the inquiry, the agent started using abusive language. This is unacceptable service. My docket number is 133031115.
