Very poor ,worst service. Document booked at chas jharkhand on 24.06.2024 ,written assured delivery by 03.07.2024 at panchkula Haryana but fail to delivered by assured delivery date.

To whom to contact in case you miss ur parcel for 10 days now

Consignment booked from Delhi to Vishakapatnam on 15 Jun 24, when I tracked on Gati it was reached on 21 Jun 24. But till now it is not delivered to me and at present Showing delivered. Finally I got the number at Gajuwaka branch delivery office. They simply said not delivered till now bcaz ur numbers are not working. This is totally wrong things. I told them to delivered today and waiting for response. Delivery process is not upto the mark. I will write review again when I will get my consignment and c the condition of items. Till now I m not satisfied with this services.

Booked on 21/6/24 coimbatore to manjeri kerala the distance is 150 km Parcel first gone to salem from coimbatore then to kerala Not received yet All local transport companies take below 24 hours for delivery from coimbatore to manjeri One of the bad parcel company we had seen
