One of the worst service I have experienced ever,my parcel rc390700143 in booked from raipur main post office on 06/04/2024 for US and I have been told it will delivered max.20 days at the destination,but till date 08/05/2024 not recd at the destination, almost 1 month,nobody is ready to give proper response and I am still in dark about the status of the parcel,the parcel contains documents like degree of university,very much unsatisfactory response of the post office,I want it back,what to do?
