The most pathetic option to send Rakhis abroad. I sent the parcel on 7th August after standing in a queue for 2.5 hours. Unfortunately the parcel did not reach the US at all as of today 28-08-2024. The last update was on the 10th of this month showing it’s in Mumbai Sorting office. The Chembur Post Office has only one operational counter with extremely slow systems making it a completely frustrating and unproductive experience. Rakshabandhan has long gone and the purpose too is not served. Best to use other options and save yourself some time, trouble and effort by using India Post Services. Rating - minus

HOPE LESS SERVICE PARCEL NOT RECEIVED EVEN AFTER 25 DAYS. COMPALINT BOOED IN VAISHALI NAGAR AS WELL AS ONLINE BUT OF NO USE.
