I have a parcel from bkc bandra dispatch on 11/10/2025 .After dispatch I visited my post office three time .the I got the passport. First time he told me that your passport is now dispatch from bandra bkc. We deliver your article PP217067316IN on Tuesday .because there is holiday on Saturday and Sunday . After on Monday visit they told me that tomorrow your article delivered.On night after checking status on Speed Post there is showing that item onhold door locked - intimation served .After I checked these message .I again visit my post office sakinaka.They told me that your article was delivered yesterday but door was locked . I told him that your are telling me wrong.No one from post office came my home to deliver my passport.After lots of request they are checking my identity and aadhaar card and password application file.then after some time they told me that you can take your article. After checking the identity name and contact number they give me my articles. They blame me that I delivered your article on yesterday but door was locked. There are many careless people working in passport office. Please avoid these people. They are making false thing correct. Shameless and careless sakinaka post office staffs.
