Very poor management...Being a Govt.& public servant people in GPO least bothered about how public are at need & rely on them until these culprit doesn't work for the earnings & satisfy even their ownself... Such mentality should change then India will at standard of living

I dispatched my service book from Head post Office Udhampur through speed post to The Principal Accountant General (A&E) Shaktinagar Jammu on 6th September 2024 but as per tracking system and on map it is still in the Post Office Jammu as on today i.e 12th of September 2024. What rate should I given to this poor service

Very poor and slow service. Tracking system also very lethargic. Only better is that rates are low as compared to private couriers.
