Worst service ever seen before.. my sent speed post parcel on 22nd of July, if it is speed post means it will received by 24th of July but still I did not received parcel.. they were charging more amount for speed post but delivery is not doing properly.. unable to contact customer care also disconnecting the calls also

I have sent parcel from Poland 05/07 on Priority. I was informed that it will be delivered within 8 working days. Now, it is 25/07, and is already 20 days passed. Still, my parcel haven't delivered yet. I don't know what's going on. Dead Slow. Frustrating.
