Very bad service in Nadackal post, Erattupetta. Reg. Post not received in 7 days

The worst service ever had before. it took 7 days to reach parcel kolkata to bhagalpur RMS. even not received parcel today, only knew by status. it was much better to receive parcel personally from Kolkata in one day journey.
