Very poor serviece

My parcel sent from 06 may but no response

I still not received my parcel and tracking is showing that i received it how could it possible they sign or even can call us before delivery and tell me name who collect my psrcel

Still i have not received the parcel... Message and tracking results showing in delivered... This is too much bad service for indian post service
