I tried to track my courier but their showing that I have received my courier but I didn't... That's why I am not satisfied with India post Other wise their service is good As a customer advice to @indiapost that they provide contact number for customer support So any customer have dissatisfaction so they can ask and get relief

This is the worst service. It’s say if you do speed post it will reach in 2 days but last 10 days Iam waiting for my parcel and there is no information update. Kindly request all not to do speed post until they give good service.

Recently recieved my parcel which was lighter in weight, it was opened by the post people in handling and transit and many things were missing. Very heart breaking.
