Our letter received back by stating unclaimed but in tracking shows returned due to refused what actually the point whether receiver refused or not available in that address??bit confusion

I booked on 19.01.2024 by speed post from RMS Varanasi to Mumbai. But letter not yet delivered today I.e.27.01.2024. tracking consignment of india post not working since day after yesterday. Very bad service.

My parcel was returned to me saying call not received and it was not reached the delivered address. But thanks I got it back. I have sent it again spending another service charge, waiting for that now

My parcel was booked on 12/01/2023 from Khawzawl S.O and It's been two weeks now. It is expected to be delivered within 7 to 10 days. Today,it is still in Transshipment centre mirza,Guwahati. Why is the India Post service so slow and backward in shipping goods!!?
