Worst service I have ever experienced.

Worst ever!! You didn't drop off my fireworks yesterday like you were supposed to. So my daughter's birthday was ruined.

The drivers are always nice and helpful. They are always on time

The terminal lack professionalism & reliability

Wouldn't even give full star. Didn't verify zip code and took package from Indian to Texas when needed to go to Kansas. And it took 3 weeks for that. Hope I don't have to get anything else delivered by them..

It's been almost a month and I still don't get my package it's crazy how slow they deliver the packages

This package was NOT delivered to my address. Vivian Blount 269 Wilkins Chapel Rd. Duck Hill, Mississippi 38925. Said it was delivered on May 5th, 2020. I have contacted seller and Amazon about where my package is. They are working on solving my case. Where did you deliver it? NOT HERE FOR SURE!

I used to drive eighteen wheelers for a living and I know things happen that you can't control so I'm leaving four stars because it's not the companies fault so you can't grade a company only the operator! I haven't a bad thing to say about either operator or company!

Driver called on time as promised. Delivery was on time and handled professionally. Highly recommend this service.

Set up delivery they never showed called them to see what was up said they told me I didn’t set the delivery up .. took day off for nothing

They can’t get shipments out on time. 3 in a row. Lost a customer because of it. Thanks R&L.

Driver was pleasant and courteous. Shipment was not bashed up. We have another delivery on the way and we were happy knowing that R&L was delivering that one as well. :o)
