They showed my package picked up & first 2 stations but have not updated tracking since Wednesday 22nd it is now Sunday the 26th they do not anser the phone that’s a poor way to treat your customers. I rate it a 2 they are horrible
Ordered online merchandise. Retailer chose R&L (not My first choice).. First item was swimming pool that required signature for delivery. I watched the driver on securety camera drop the skid off in front of garage and left with no one home.. box was mangled but careful inspection merchandise was not. Ordered from another merchan online line for pool heater. Who coincidently chose R&L, Also required signature. Delivery date was set with R&L for day and time.. No one showed up. Took the day off work for nothing. Thanks R&L!
They delivered my package with box rip up and some of my stuff was damage but the bright side the damage good is cheap to repair. Anyways they did not take good care of my package. I will not order from merchants that use them.
Several expensive auto part packages were used for transport. Every delivery there was damage from transport.
Excellent service. On time, fast, professional delivery.
Iv had R&l deliver a four wheeler and three dirt bikes they have done a grate job.

I’m usually a very patient & understand person, and don’t leave reviews. However, this company is a joke at times. 3 times they’ve let me down. One particular, we had a time sensitive delivery that should of took 2 days but actually took two weeks because of a wrong phone number oversight, which I called and “rectified” everyday. Yes over 60k worth of products in contention or delayed because of a phone number issues that I thought we fixed daily. They do not care much about their customers. Every time I called I got someone new that wasn’t becoming or sympathetic. I dislike this Frieght and I cringe everytime my manufacture use them to send over my shipment.. 2 out of 10 stars! ??♂️
My husband ordered an AC unit. He told the delivery company we have a long driveway. They assured him they would send a small truck - which they did. We get deliveries all the time. We clearly had our furniture moved here. Trucks can get up our driveway. This guy blocked the entire road. He didn't even attempt the driveway. He got the unit about half way up the driveway with his hand cart then wanted to drop it at the weirdest place nowhere near the house. I told him we weren't going to sign unless he moved it to the house. He was a jerk. He told me he would take it back and we would have another delivery fee and insisted he needed my name to prove I'd refused delivery. I told him I didn't refuse it, he didn't deliver it to my home. He told me he couldn't get his equipment up my driveway. That's absolute horse crap. We get deliveries here all the time. He was willing to take it half way up and half way back down but not willing to take it all the way to the house? He was so rude about it, he brought it back down the driveway, loaded it back up and took off. I can't imagine how this company stays in business. In a world where everything can be delivered, you'd think you would hire people that can act so their job. Definitely go with another company. You don't want your packages - especially your really expensive ones treated this way.
I received a text message stating that my package would be delivered on 05-02-2022 between 0900-1700 and someone had to be present to sign for it. Someone waited until 1700 and it was a no show. I called customer service who advised they were unable to track the truck and no one was picking up the phone at the local center…. But they did say the trucks typically deliver until 18:30 at night…. So I guess I sit for another hour and a half?
We made an $18,000.00 purchase of hydraulic equipment from a large distributor. Two pallets were shipped from the Chicago area, but only one of the two pallets made it. The driver didn't seem sure about what to do, and the staff at R+L didn't seem particularly concerned about finding our lost stuff, or the importance of this material to our business. Everyone makes mistakes, I have no problem with that. What I can't tolerate is having to work very hard to try to get someone at R+L to do their job. If you have any choice in who you ship with, I would choose a company other than R+L.

This company is terrible! Customer service is terrible! Two damaged automotive hoods. The shipping takes forever as well! This company should no longer be in business. I will be contacting the BBB.
Paid for residential delivery. Was supposed to be delivered on March 27th 2022, it's two weeks I've been waiting for no signature delivery I'm still waiting for the company advice when my stuff will actually be delivered. Spoke to three people at R&L never got a call back.
We're waiting for a delivery that has been sitting an hour and 20 minutes away since March 27th. 2 weeks have passed and having paid $390 for residential delivery I have not heard word of when my package will be delivered. Status on this end very frustrated.
7 day delivery time from ID to KC that's is a 1300 miles trip it should not take 7 days
