They just left out package at the end of our road which is 1/2 Mile away from our house on the side of the road with no notification..

My package was left at neighbors on same property. I had put trailer for it to be delivered at .Now I have to figure out how to get it to my house

I purchased a 125cc dirt bike on Amazon. I received it 2 days before expected. I would have had it 3 days before , had rnl been aware i lived on a dead end rd. They figured it out. The next day it was delivered in a smaller vehicle.I inspected and opened the package , no dammage.Not a bad experience for a bi coastal delivery. Way better then usps . No bracelets hahaha

After ordering my front bumper cover from an online parts store, I received a text from R+L with an appointment date and time. You have the option to accept or choose another time. I accepted since the date and time they had picked worked good for me. They gave me a 4 hour window which I felt was more than reasonable in today's insane world. My bumper arrived on the correct date and 2 hours into the 4 hour window almost on the nuts. The driver offered to help lift it into my house and stuck around until I had opened and confirmed I had the right part and that it wasn't damaged. All in all very satisfied.

Failed to deliver when they said and the manager on duty would not help I had to go to the dock at 6:30pm to pick up my shipment

I've been told 3 times that it's being delivered today. Still don't know when it's gonna get here. Set alarm for Phoenix 2 weeks ago. Which is only a 6 hour drive.
