I don't care about flights to Puerto Rico, why is your tracking portal loaded with advertising but no REAL TIME information?

Nice driver. Good and safe delivery company.

Tracking was updated often. Received my package within the timeframe that was given. Very satisfied with transaction.

Not sure the problems that everyone with bad reviews but this has been so easy. The shipment came 3 minutes later than what I was told. If all deliveries could be this on time, life would be so much easier. The driver put in the garage and didn't even wait for me to help. Great shipper.

where is my package?

So far it's been 4 days and I'm still waiting the 22 is the day for my new bike so we'll see how that goes if it comes or not....

Tracking Information, for lack of a better word. Leaves much to be desired. Shipment still hasn't been updated. After being delivered over 24 hours ago. Received it a day before it was to be delivered. Witch is a plus.

I have more issues with R & L Carriers than any other shipper - we utilize, to the point dozens of my companies specifically request to never ever use R & L, occasionally they will provide adequate service, but 75% of the time, you & your customers will be extremely disappointed… have no idea how they are still in business with so many better choices out there

Horrible. Promised delivery date did not happen and I bought thru them because Lowe's was 2 weeks out. Not happy, in a wheelchair, need the bathroom done. Tracking DOES not work now. Ugh. Seriously not good company. BTW I could not leave a review unless I gave a rating. My rating 0

The deliverers placed my package into my open garage door with out being asked. We are so happy with the service. Thank you for making my life so much easier. God bless my driver.

First order stated delivered which was absolutely false. Not sure if the item was stolen or lost but it was not delivered. Got a refund and ordered from another dealer. Luckily they ship with none other than R&L! We will see what happens with this one.......review to be continued. Not holding my breath on 2nd order either after reading reviews in this company
