No Communication, No Notification, Late for Delivery, then,…left a $1,400 Generator on the side of a Rural State Highway 1/4 mile from Residence (Where it was supposed to be delivered). Best Part, when it didn’t show up, I read bad review after bad review saying “It was left in the Road/Street/Highway with no notice of delivery,” Guess where it was? Next to the white line of a Rural Highway in a clearly marked box what it is, free for the taking. The thought that these guys might have vulnerable children scares me. True Rating: Run!!!!

Got my package without any damage, Manny was very helpful in getting the 300 pound item off the truck. I would definitely use this company in the future!!!! Thanks R&L carriers.

No sign of package and last tracking update 5 days ago. It is now 4 days past delivery date given.

Item arrived within one day, during the time slot, driver was friendly and called when he was an hour away. No issues.

Terrible. DO NOT USE. They give a date for when it will arrive with a estimated time like everyone else. But then miss that date by WEEKS. Terrible company, terrible shipping, terrible customer service.

The order was or is about eleven hours away from its destination and they keep telling me it’s out for delivery in jay ,vt and jay Vermont is about as big as a super walmart. Somebody at r&l is a little empty in the attic

Been waiting 4 weeks for my package that cost over $350 to ship. The high cost was because of the weight but I’d think since I paid high dollar for the shipment that they’d at least try to get it here in a timely manner. Not the case, ordered July 24th still haven’t received it now on Aug 18th nor have I been able to find any tracking updates. Like others have said you should RUN from R&L if you get the chance. Use any other carrier unless your cool with waiting a month…
