Don’t expect an update on your tracking. I have tried for three days to get an update to no avail. Not a reliable company as far as updating their tracking of your item. I have seen the same information for the last 3 days .

Trying to get information on a shipment coming to me from R&L was extremely frustrating called 3 times and got disconnected 3 with minimal information obtained on 1 of the 3 calls and nothing on the other two. The shipper assured me it was to be delivered today and the little info I got from Caleb was probably not so who knows when they will inform me of where my package is or when I will receive it. Horrible experience trying to deal with them .

Prompt delivery. As soon as it left Monster transmission facility I received it 3 days later.

Got my order picked up on wensday. Shipper said i would have by thursday, friday the latest. Shipping number on Thursday said i would have by end of day. Driver had troubles with truck, understandable. Called this morning (friday) was told i would have by 1-2pm. Made a call, dispatch told me to hold on a second. I was told he was 10minutes away. Driver was on way to another stop, dispatch told him my tracks for my skid steer was priority. Driver turned around and was at my house in 10 minutes. Really nice guy.

Well I'm highly not giving a good review I paid $1500 for a 200cc moped May 22nd they was suppose to deliver it May 31st that wasn't true and right now as I speak I still don't have my moped and on top of that they keep giving me the runaround they don't communicate with you act as though they don't give a f k it's sad and down right discussing

Delivered ahead of schedule... fooking awesome

They charge way too much money for a shipping and they don’t even update. Taking for ever for a packege over week and half

RL carriers deliver my shipment on the date in confirmed tracking, but do the shipper error the product didn't fix my car, so I requested a pickup about 2 weeks later to return the item back to the shipper, Frank the driver delivered the first delivery and return back to pickup the return to shipper order this guy was awesome and very caring and handled the product like it was his own, I even talked to his dispatch Mike Jones he was also a awesome guy, i give them 5 stars and more i definitely don't have any complaints about my service from RL carriers transport.

Poor service! I sent my parcel on the 12 of April 2023, even today never reached its destination. I phoned and was told that the receiver is not known at the address. When I phone now the phone can't go through. Worst service ever
