Driver was great and helped alot, was also very friendly ?

Poor service! I sent my parcel on the 12 of April 2023, even today never reached its destination. I phoned and was told that the receiver is not known at the address. When I phone now the phone can't go through. Worst service ever

Took off work to accommodate their delivery time which was 10 AM to 2 PM. Had to be back at work by 2:30. No delivery finally at 2:30 PM. I called them. They tell me they're running an hour behind. I had to call my husband. He came home and waited on the shipment and I went to work. Not good service.

Driver was super nice and helpful he helped me make sure my pool was in a secured location. Very good customer service

So it's middle of February and 16° here in Idaho and I'm without a furnace because these people haven't delivered it! I didn't choose this shipping company the company I bought my furnace from did. Now my furnace was coming from Ohio and was in salt lake two days later that was Monday, it's now Friday and still no furnace! Now they say it's supposed to be here today so we will see. My husband and I are disabled and live on a fixed income and have had to rely on space heaters for almost two weeks because of this, who's going to pay my power bill? Not R&L I'm sure! Horrible company! I be asking every company I order from now on and if they use r&l I won't use them!

Excellent job, I received wrong package but in just one 2 minute phone call got it resolved and driver swung back around immediately and dropped off correct package. Super glad it wasn’t made a big ordeal because I needed my package bad!! Thank you R&L for resolving my issue so fast!!

So, I had ordered a skid loader attachment from a company that chose R&L as the freight hauler, the order was placed Nov 23rd, originally the delivery date was 12/1, that day came and went, I called and they stated (as well as the info on the web site) delivery was 12/2, after it didn’t arrive I called in 12/5, then found out it was still in Memphis, they told me they would get it shipped that day, so, I just checked (12/7) and it says it shipped at 3:17pm, we shall see if this is correct or not

Between ultimate linings and R and L carriers I would be in business they are professional , kind and understanding I would not use any other company

I don't care about flights to Puerto Rico, why is your tracking portal loaded with advertising but no REAL TIME information?

Tracking was updated often. Received my package within the timeframe that was given. Very satisfied with transaction.

Not sure the problems that everyone with bad reviews but this has been so easy. The shipment came 3 minutes later than what I was told. If all deliveries could be this on time, life would be so much easier. The driver put in the garage and didn't even wait for me to help. Great shipper.
