So it's middle of February and 16° here in Idaho and I'm without a furnace because these people haven't delivered it! I didn't choose this shipping company the company I bought my furnace from did. Now my furnace was coming from Ohio and was in salt lake two days later that was Monday, it's now Friday and still no furnace! Now they say it's supposed to be here today so we will see. My husband and I are disabled and live on a fixed income and have had to rely on space heaters for almost two weeks because of this, who's going to pay my power bill? Not R&L I'm sure! Horrible company! I be asking every company I order from now on and if they use r&l I won't use them!

RL carriers deliver my shipment on the date in confirmed tracking, but do the shipper error the product didn't fix my car, so I requested a pickup about 2 weeks later to return the item back to the shipper, Frank the driver delivered the first delivery and return back to pickup the return to shipper order this guy was awesome and very caring and handled the product like it was his own, I even talked to his dispatch Mike Jones he was also a awesome guy, i give them 5 stars and more i definitely don't have any complaints about my service from RL carriers transport.
