Said 3-5 days. Been over a week. Getting worried. Hope it doesn't become a lost issue or 3 week thing!!!

Delivery is to late

Terrible company. They stepped on my cabinet box and the nails from the pallet went into it!! No respect for your package. You could see footprints all over it. They also don't give you any say in the delivery time or day.they text you at 5pm the day before and expect you to be there. what a horrible inconsiderate company

Paid over $1000 dollars for a piece of furniture to be shipped.February 2nd it says it was transferred ,it’s now February 18th and no way to see where it’s at..Think they need to have a better way to track parcels..

With the unit I ordered I got a 4 hour window of arrival between 12 and 4. The truck arrived around 6 which was ok I understand late happens. The reason I am rating 1 star is because when the delivery driver pulled out of my driveway he completly ran over my mailbox and didnt even stop. This ripped up my mailbox post and scattered my mail all over the street. Besides the mailbox the package even though it was late arrived the day they said it would.

I was told shipment was shipped. Stayed in their warehouse for 4 days causing a delay in promised delivery. We have schedules, too, and count on them to deliver as promised. Don't believe their ads they deliver on "your time".

Never has it taken so long for an item to arrive by truck.

Their tracking could use some work.

Delivery was very quick, great shipping company.

Received a motor and shipped core back using R&L Carriers and the drivers were great. No problems with shipment, pickup and return went smoothly.

Horrible service. Been looking for a shipment for over a week. Receive email saying shipped and out for delivery. Not received and customer service really has a problem. Don't use this trucking service.

Never use them, avoid this company , stay away from them , paid 1000 dollars and twos boxes were lost , it is a nightmare now , stay way from them there is not casualty that others reviewer say the same exact thing .

Attempted delivery without any notice while I’m at work. Will not deliver for another 5 days.

Shipment of eight tires left Nevada on Dec 3. Is now in Ohio on Dec 13. We are in N.J. Still waiting on 97487413-2 How do you think we rate your service Never agian
