I was told on 6-8 that my package was to be delivered between 10A.M. and 2 P.M. on 6-9. I waited till 3P.M. and had to leave. Haven't heard nothing from anyone about my package. So far FedEx is the best delivery service I've ever used. And I order a lot of auto parts.

The time was on the money.

I can not imagine why driver PS 1455 can not help a lady with the package having the equipment yo do it with him. Very poor service, left my package under tha rain, telling me is company policy, do not help a woman with a 110 pound deliver.

If you like your items to get there late then R&L carriers is the way to go.

Even though they postponed three times they finally came and picked it up the drivers are very friendly and helpful I will still use them

Honestly, when I read some of the reviews for this carrier I was concerned. In fact down right worried. I guess the phrase, don’t believe everything you read on the internet is true because these guys came through big time. The delivery guy was great. Honestly I am just a regular guy who ordered a sliding tray off of Amazon and this carrier actually got it to me early and on a weekend..Oh and the tray was in perfect condition.

Returned subwoofers so I could get my refund. The arrival time went from one day to going on 5 days because the driver took the subs to another state. Found this out from customer service and customer service seemed nonchalant. This is a nonchalant company but the one delivery driver has been polite. They act as though there’s no competition.

R&L always treats me like a valued customer. I appreciate their care fir my shipping needs. I use exclusively when I can do so.

They lost my package. I had scheduled an installer to have it installed. I waited a long time for this and now they can find it.

Been waiting for over a week to only be told 4 times my delivery needs rescheduled to another day. Now it’s not only not here, it left the warehouse close by and is now so where in St Louis over 8 hours away!
