I used to drive eighteen wheelers for a living and I know things happen that you can't control so I'm leaving four stars because it's not the companies fault so you can't grade a company only the operator! I haven't a bad thing to say about either operator or company!

Driver called on time as promised. Delivery was on time and handled professionally. Highly recommend this service.

Set up delivery they never showed called them to see what was up said they told me I didn’t set the delivery up .. took day off for nothing

They can’t get shipments out on time. 3 in a row. Lost a customer because of it. Thanks R&L.

Driver was pleasant and courteous. Shipment was not bashed up. We have another delivery on the way and we were happy knowing that R&L was delivering that one as well. :o)

Nice and drivers very good no problem at all will use RL carriers in the future

My past shipments using RL have all been fast, and with excellent care for the freight. Many thanks for past and future transfers.

Terrible customer service. 3 appointments set up by then with the final appointment being guaranteed to be delivered and they never showed up

They lost my parcel!! I waited for 3 weeks for the promised refund but still nothing!!!!! Never use it again

customer support works quite fast but the solution was useless....

Tried to track a package but ater a week still can't see any status updates
