I was told I was getting my package by March 8 then they told me not till the tenth and then I was told the 12 they called me yesterday and told me by March 16 I am very disappointed my sons birthday present isn’t here he had his bday on the ninth of March sad because he had no gift

It took 3 weeks to get my delivery

Terrible customer service and shipment tracking. Shipment sat for days in a warehouse with no movement.

Tracking shows package was delivered but it wasn't and now I don't know where it is.

No details about status just says when/where picked up and expected delivery date. Delivery may be late. How am I supposed to be available for delivery??

As a small business in northern maine that receives pallets on a regular basis, it’s important for us to have confidence in the company delivering the merchandise for our store. Throughout the years we have used just about every trucking company known to man and R&L consistently exceeds our expectations. They are easy to work with, reliable, and I know when I ship with them that my pallets will arrive in the same condition as when they were shipped out. I'm grateful for the hardworking drivers and appreciate them going the extra mile to make sure we have our deliveries on time. Thank you R&L for doing your part in making our small business a success.

Tracking said Friday, R&L called and told me they’d be here on Sat from 8-12. It’s 1pm on Sat and nobody has called. Threw away my morning waiting for these guys. Have had the exact same experience with the same company before. Do not use this company!

On time friendly drives ft myers terminal has awsome staff.

Great customer service

My pallet was late and beat up. I called and was told on day of delivery my shipment was #9 for the day. When the day was past I was told it was transferred to another carrier. I was put in touch with that carrier and told it would be another 2 more days. I got no call, email or any notification of any kind.

On time can't do better than that

Easy tracking fast shipping live in Oregon and bought a car rear end in new Jersey got it in 5 days!!!!!

It would be better to walk there and back to pick something up than to ship with this company

They were very quick at picking item up when I called that same afternoon
