Booked the Speed Post on 6 September 2025 at 12.38.30 pm, but when I am tracking with the article number, it say not updated in the system yet. What's the matter ?

the tracking system is not working. cp322503776in was booked on 25.1.25, when it was informed that the same will reach its destination within 5 days, but still not reached. To my surprise the tracking system is at present indicating consignment not booked. please look into.
