Same here... I was also asked to download the . apk file.... And they asked to send me the amount... When I asked from which courier service u were calling.... They denied to tell the name

I got my parcel after 9days from booking.Is it really a speed post?Anyway I got it,Thanks

Very slow service i have received my parcel after 10 days so i give only 1 star

Irresponsible person they are talking rudely about my parcel

Without coming to the address they have returned the parcel. Due to that we have paid the undelivered charges tothe bank... Very very worst service

Not received my welcome kit

I was called to the customer care number Bhartiya Daak Seva. One of the executive Vaishnavi rudely behave me. I asked to give me the customer service mail id or make a complaint for undelivered parcel. They ignore my concern and issue. Still I have not receive my parcel. She can't help me out where is my parcel where I have to collect.

Same thing happened to me they are sending APk file. Pls don’t download anyone they are scammers

Its has been 8 days still not deliver.Wrost service ever.When I track my parcel,it shipped from same place to another and again returned to previous location.Really sick of this

Don't click on any advertisement pop-ups for order or courier related issues, they will send one apk file and make us downlod it and they ask our bank details and UPI id . Don't get trapped Always use the official postal service website

Very good service my parcel dispatch 2nd sep and receiv 3rd sep

AQ775684427IN may parcel not received for 5 day cheque book received but atm card not recieved atm after 2 time returns in sufficient adress how please very very urgent
