I have received sms from speed post on 24th may your rc card has been dispatched but still date am not received and tracking number also invalid

I haven't received the order even after 4 days and it's showing as delivered.

Received a message from RTO saying R.C book despatched on 28/05/24. When I track it says not registered. How to get the update. Go to review

Speed post service is only for name sake it is working like normal service.

My Aadhaar was dispatched on April 4, 2023 and received by Maharshi Nagar Post Office, Noida, 201304 but without contact me, it was returned for Bengaluru, giving reason for no proper address. Tracking ID was UI527239549IN.
