It is pathetic department has worst services with no check.Staff responsible for ensuring quick delivery of the consignment for which they have been paid.It is shameful instead of helping and Tracing the delayed concerned staff merely glued to its chair with least botheration for the customer .People sitting on top must take interest of falling standards.

The phone numbers shared for helpline are mainly fraud. Everytime i call , they say mam you courier is pending in the warehouse please pay us some money and fill a form which they send of whatsapp via their personal ph number. Be aware of these fraud people.
