PP463374882IN is my number. The post man spoke with watchman but didn't come to the flat to deliver passport. Just mentioned in msg officially that door was locked. It was not locked. Its from Humnayun nagar speed post. Very irresponsible people. I want to complain about that person. Complete address is mentioned in passport. They should come to the door to deliver. They walked away from parking only.
