I have booked a speed post from Kareelakulangara post office pin 690572 on 18th January 2023 around 10.30 morning to General Manager (HR)NHDC, Bhopal, pin No. 462002 vide Receipt No.EL440557985IN.This urgent and important document has not been delivered to the addresee yet. On enquiry, from the registered post office, they are unable to give any satisfactory reply. Kindly give proper reply, and arrange the delivery quickly please.

I have booked a speed post on 25th Jan 2024. So far I could not track the status

I booked my document on 20.01.24 at 16PM from Lucknow to Karnal. When I track the status of my consignment I found that it was lying unattended at Lucknow up to 24.01.24. It was dispatched to Delhi on 25.01.2025. However, the last date of submitting the document was 25.01.24. What should I do now against the postal department. I am very disappointed.
