After tracking the speed post it is pointed out that such Envelop recd in jhansi post office on 26.11.23 but delivered on 28.11.23 delay of two days

I recieved a mail that item dispached on 22 Nov 2023 through speed post. I enquired about the status of that on 28/11/2023, so they are saying that address is not mentioned on to that and asking for money to update the address. Is it correct or any type of scam
